Sproutly Life is a task-planning, focus-timer and virtual-garden self-management application. The current app identifies Guangzhou Deep Sea Miracle Information Technology Co., Ltd. as the provider; the registered address and verified support contact must be confirmed before publication. These documents are review drafts, with no effective date assigned. The experience is intended for adults aged 18 or older; distribution regions must match the final store configuration.
Local and optional services
Manual tasks, focus records and the garden can be used locally. Optional sign-in, cloud AI or synchronization are available only when enabled and configured in the installed build. An unavailable feature is not a promise of future service. Do not submit another person's personal information or confidential material without authority. You retain rights to your own content and authorize only the processing necessary for the feature you choose; this does not grant permission for advertising or model training.
Acceptable use and limits
Do not misuse authentication, bypass quotas, disrupt services or submit unlawful content. AI suggestions may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before use. Sproutly is not medical care, emergency assistance or a guaranteed productivity outcome. Restrictions or termination must be proportionate and preserve applicable consumer rights; no blanket waiver of statutory rights is intended.
Payments, changes and disputes
Any enabled store purchase is governed by the displayed product, price, period and applicable Apple or Google terms. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a store subscription. Material changes require updated version information and appropriate notice; separate consent must be obtained where required. Governing law, dispute venue and provider contact remain release-review items and cannot displace mandatory local consumer protections.
