These Terms govern your use of NCLEX RN Prep. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. The Service is intended for adult nursing candidates; a minor may use it only with the involvement and consent required from a parent or legal guardian under applicable law. If account features are available, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify support of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or device unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Educational purpose and important disclaimer
The Service provides independent study materials and is not medical advice, nursing advice, legal advice, professional certification, or an official examination service. It does not guarantee eligibility, licensure, employment, examination results, or passage of the NCLEX. Always follow current laws, clinical policies, authoritative references, and the instructions of qualified educators and healthcare professionals.
Practice items are original study materials designed in an NCLEX/NGN-style format. They are not actual exam questions and are not produced, approved, or endorsed by NCSBN, Pearson VUE, or any Board of Nursing. NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of NCSBN.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial study. You may not copy or redistribute substantial content; sell, sublicense, scrape, or build a competing dataset from the Service; bypass access controls; share paid access; reverse engineer except where law expressly permits; introduce malware; disrupt the Service; impersonate another person; or use the Service unlawfully. We may suspend access to protect users, intellectual property, or security.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing periods, trials, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation, and refund eligibility are shown by the applicable store and governed by its terms. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the store account before the store’s deadline. Deleting the App or local data does not cancel a subscription. We may change features or future pricing, but changes to an active store subscription take effect only as permitted and communicated by the store and applicable law.
Intellectual property and feedback
The Service, software, designs, and original content are owned by or licensed to the Service operator and are protected by law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service as provided. If you submit feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly unless you agree.
Availability, warranties, and liability
We work to provide a reliable Service but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, exam results, or professional decisions arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, termination, and disputes
We may update the Service or these Terms. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted; material changes will be notified where required. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, legal requirements, fraud, abuse, or security risk. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact support and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Mandatory consumer protections and applicable law remain unaffected.
