We want NCLEX RN Prep to be dependable. Before requesting support, update the App, restart it, confirm your network connection, and check whether the issue can be reproduced.
Contacting support
Use the support contact shown on the Apple App Store or Google Play listing from which you installed NCLEX RN Prep. If an in-app support or feedback channel is available, you may use that channel instead. For privacy or account-deletion requests, state that clearly in the subject or first line.
Include:
- device model and operating-system version;
- NCLEX RN Prep app version;
- a short description of what you expected and what happened;
- approximate date, time, and time zone;
- relevant error code or screenshot, after removing sensitive information;
- for purchase issues, the store name and a redacted transaction reference.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, complete payment-card details, patient information, medical records, or unredacted identity documents. Support may request additional information solely to verify the request or diagnose the problem.
Common topics
Subscription not recognized: confirm you are signed into the same Apple or Google account used for purchase, then use any available restore/sync function. Store billing, cancellation, and refund decisions are handled under the store’s policies.
Progress or content issue: keep the App installed, note whether you were online, and avoid clearing local data until support responds if you want the issue investigated.
Delete data or account: follow Account Deletion. Deleting data does not cancel an app-store subscription.
Question accuracy or safety: identify the question or content version and explain the concern. The App is an independent study tool and must not be used as a substitute for clinical judgment or authoritative guidance.
We aim to acknowledge support requests within a reasonable period, but response times are not guaranteed. Emergencies, patient care, exam registration, licensure, immigration, and official NCLEX matters must be directed to the appropriate emergency service, employer, educator, regulator, NCSBN, Pearson VUE, or Board of Nursing.
