Distribution terms

Sproutly's service terms and privacy policy apply to its service. Apple and Google operate their own stores, billing and account systems; neither is represented as Sproutly's developer or privacy controller for all app data. Their mandatory store terms and applicable consumer law remain in force.

Apple license

For Apple distribution, if no valid custom EULA is configured, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies according to Apple's distribution terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. This article is not a purported replacement or translation of that agreement. If a custom EULA is selected, counsel must review all Apple minimum terms, including license scope, maintenance, warranty, claims, intellectual property, developer contact and Apple's third-party-beneficiary rights.

Google Play

Google Play's applicable terms and purchase/refund policies govern its store transactions. Identify the actual seller and product on checkout. Provide public privacy and account-deletion URLs in Play Console where required. A locally stored article alone cannot satisfy a required public webpage or a functioning account-deletion feature. Store privacy declarations must match the distributed build, backend and SDK behavior.
