Local records
Use the app's data-management controls to export, delete tasks or clear the selected local profile. A task deletion may leave de-identified growth summaries or earned plants according to the confirmation shown. Clearing local data and its associated profile records is not a remote-account deletion. Copies previously exported/shared and OS backups are outside that operation; you must manage them separately. Review the confirmation because deletion may be irreversible.
Remote accounts
In the current reviewed app, a production account-deletion workflow is not yet verified; account freezing or local sign-out is not a substitute. If account creation is offered, provide a readily discoverable in-app deletion initiation path, and for Google Play a public external deletion-request page that works without reinstalling the app. The page must identify Sproutly and explain verification, deletable associated data, retained categories/reasons/periods and status notification. These operational details and URLs are launch blockers, not completed functionality.
Other services
Account deletion does not cancel Apple/Google subscriptions or erase store billing records. Revoking Apple/Google sign-in authorization is a separate action. Explain how processor deletion is propagated, how backups expire and any strictly necessary legal/security retention; do not promise immediate deletion of every copy. Do not require purchase or unrelated permissions to initiate deletion.
