NCLEX RN Prep lets you remove local study data and, where an online account exists, request deletion of server-side account data.
1. Delete local app data
Open Settings → Delete Local Data in the App and confirm the deletion. This removes locally stored answers, learning state, mistakes, favorites, practice and mock sessions, plans, queued progress events, preferences, and secure settings on that device. Records for purchases that still require verification or store completion, locally cached entitlement state, and non-personal app content may remain. You may also remove the App or clear its storage through device settings. These actions cannot normally be undone and do not remove data stored on another device or already synchronized to a server.
2. Online account status
The current mobile release does not offer learner registration or sign-in, so it does not create a server-side learner account through the App. Use the local deletion steps above. If a future release enables learner accounts or cloud synchronization, this page and the App will be updated with a verified server-side deletion method before that feature is made available. Administrative identities used to operate the Service are not learner accounts.
3. Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting local data, an account, or the App does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Refund requests are handled by the store under its policies.
What deletion does not affect
Deletion cannot recall information you separately sent to another organization or remove records that Apple, Google, NCSBN, Pearson VUE, a Board of Nursing, an employer, or another independent service controls. Contact those organizations directly.
